These are the most common reasons a diffuser may not start:

Diffuser won’t turn on

• Use a 5V/2A adapter (weaker adapters may block power).
  
• Make sure the water level is below the MAX line.
  
• Avoid water entering the ventilation area — this can affect the electronics.

No mist coming out

• Ensure the ultrasonic plate is clean and free from dirt or oil residue.
  
• Try running the diffuser with water only (no oil) to rule out blockage.
  
• Restart the device and check that all cables are properly connected.
