Important Information
To ensure the best performance and extend the lifespan of your diffuser:
No cotton swabs needed
This diffuser uses ultrasonic technology to disperse aroma — no cotton sticks are required.
You can add non-corrosive essential oils directly to the water.
Use a 5V/2A power adapter
We strongly recommend using a 5V/2A adapter for stable power.
Weaker adapters may cause the device not to start or may damage the internal circuit.
Do not overfill
Never exceed the MAX water line.
Avoid getting water into the ventilation channel — this may damage the electronics.
Recommended oils
Use essential oils only.
Do not use perfume or cologne, as they can affect the ultrasonic plate.

These are the most common reasons a diffuser may not start:
Diffuser won’t turn on
- Use a 5V/2A adapter (weaker adapters may block power).
- Make sure the water level is below the MAX line.
- Avoid water entering the ventilation area — this can affect the electronics.
No mist coming out
- Ensure the ultrasonic plate is clean and free from dirt or oil residue.
- Try running the diffuser with water only (no oil) to rule out blockage.
- Restart the device and check that all cables are properly connected.
